The Overview page & Set up guides

One page with your share links, live status, and this week's numbers — plus step-by-step guides that check themselves off as your setup progresses.

Everyone sees Overview (staff see a lighter version); Set up guides require Location Admin

Overview and Set up guides appear only when they're available on your account. If you don't see them in the menu, use Set up (Queue screen) or Settings (classic menus) instead.

Overview — your location at a glance

Overview (first item in the menu) answers three questions without a single further click:

  • Where do I share my link? Under 📣 Share with your customers: your customer check-in link and its QR, the shared "any available room" link, and per-room links — each with Copy and Open ↗. Below it, 📺 Set up once on a screen in your shop: the kiosk for a tablet and the boards for your TVs.
  • Is anything happening right now? Live tiles: waiting now, in progress, windows staffed, rooms in use.
  • How was this week? (admins) Last 7 days: check-ins vs the prior week, completed, no-shows, average wait — plus Today's capacity and a Team & access card.

📧 Email me these links (admins) sends the whole set to your inbox so it's never lost. Staff see the same page minus the admin cards — nothing on anyone's screen leads somewhere they can't go.

On Queue screen locations, the At a glance tab under Live is a different, live summary of today (booths, rooms, latest check-ins and 📺 Show on a TV) — see The Queue screen.

Set up guides (admins; in the Set up section of the menu, or 📖 Set up guides → on Overview) has two kinds of guide:

  • Set up for your kind of business — one for every card in the business-type wizard. The one matching your location is marked Your setup.
  • Add a capability — for example switching to take-a-number windows or adding rooms.

Each guide is a step-by-step checklist that uses your actual links (step 4's "your board is here" is your real board), and steps check themselves off as your setup progresses (workflow configured, QR printed, team invited). Amber-numbered steps turn into checkmarks; gray ones are things we can't verify for you, like pasting your link on your website.
