Create & print your QR code

Download your location's QR code, print a ready-made sign, print all room door signs at once, or add a check-in button to your website.

Your QR code and link never change — switching settings, services, Line or Take-a-number never breaks them. Print once.

Queue screen: Set up → Screens & signs

Open Set up → Screens & signs. Under Signs to print:

  • Entrance sign — Download PDF, PDF with your logo, QR as PNG, QR as SVG, or Copy link. Put it at your door or front desk.
  • Room door signs (when you have rooms) — Download all signs puts every room's sign in one PDF, one page each (plus an "any free room" sign when the shared room QR is on). Each room also has its own button.
  • Check-in button for your website — Copy code and paste it on your site.

One smart QR: if your location has rooms, scanning the entrance sign first asks What would you like? — Join the line → (or Take a number →), First free room → (when the shared room QR is on), or a specific room showing Free now, N waiting or In use.

Classic menus: QR code page

  1. Select QR code in the sidebar (called QR & print on some accounts).
  2. From there you can:
    • see your check-in link and Open check-in page to try it;
    • Download PNG or Download SVG;
    • make a Printable flyer — tick Include logo and Include business details (address, hours, phone, website), then Open printable flyer or Download PDF;
    • copy a check-in button for your website, or code to embed the full form inline.

The same page holds your Lobby display board link (see the display board guide). Rooms have their own QR codes on the Rooms & equipment page.

Take-a-number locations

There's no QR per window — windows are serving positions, not separate lines. Your normal QR joins the same take-a-number line. The lobby tablet has its own link and setup QR (see Kiosk & now-serving board).

Test it

Scan the printed code with a phone camera and make sure it opens your check-in page.
