Run a multi-location business
The business console — live overview of every location, roll-up reports, shared branding, team, and settings.
Requires a business role (Viewer, Admin, or Owner)
Open your business from Home. With 2+ locations the console offers:
- Overview — every location at a glance.
- Live console — a location rail with live counts and attention cues; select one to see its real board embedded, without signing in to each location.
- Reports — the same metrics as location reports, rolled up across every location, with a per-location table. Resources does the same for reservations.
- Customers — a business-wide customer directory (searches across your locations only — customer records never cross between different businesses).
- Locations — create, adopt, release; jump to each location's board, settings, or team.
- Team — business-level members (Viewer / Admin / Owner) whose roles cascade to every location.
- Business settings — shared branding (logo + consent wording, with one-click apply-to-all), a default workflow for new locations, and business-shared custom workflows.

Switching locations: use the context switcher in the sidebar (or ⌘K) to jump between your locations and businesses from anywhere.
