Reports & activity history
Check-in metrics per location and across the business, plus the audit trail of staff actions and the consent log.
Requires Location Admin (business roll-ups need a business role)
Location reports
Select Reports in the sidebar. Pick a date range — From / To and Apply, or a quick range (Today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days); the default is the last 30 days. You'll see check-ins, unique customers, completed, no-shows, cancelled, average wait, average service time, a Daily check-ins chart, a By service type breakdown, and coupon opt-ins. Click a number with ↗ (or a day on the chart) to open the matching visits.
On classic menus this one page is Reports & analytics. Rooms have their own report there: open Rooms & equipment, then the Report tab (reservations, unique people, completed, no-shows, cancelled, average length, hours used, a daily chart and a per-room breakdown).
Reports by how you serve (Queue screen)
On locations that use the Queue screen, Reports has a tab for each way you serve people — only the ones your location uses:
- Overview — the report above.
- Line — visits, served, average wait (checked in → started), average service time, check-in → arrival time, no-shows, cancellations, and the busiest hours of the day.
- Take-a-number — numbers taken, served, average wait to be called, no-shows after a call, and how many left before being called. A table has one row per booth / window / counter: called, served, average wait to be called, average time from call to start, average service time, and no-shows after the call. Plus busiest hours, and a By group table when priority groups are on. Removed booths still show (marked "removed") for dates when they served people.
- Rooms — reservations, unique people, completed, no-shows, cancelled, average length and hours used, a daily chart, and a By room table (reservations, time used, average wait for the room, no-shows). The rooms page's Report tab opens this tab.
Every tab uses the same dates (the tab stays when you pick a quick range) and has Export CSV for that tab. Every export is recorded in Activity. Days and hours are in your location's time zone. A "—" means there was nothing to average in that range. (Classic menus have no report CSV; you can export visits from Tickets and customers from Customers.)
Business roll-ups
In the business console, Reports (once you have 2+ locations) and Resources show the same metrics across every location, with a per-location table.
Activity history
Activity (Admins) is the audit trail: who changed settings, moved tickets, edited customers, invited staff, exported data, and when. Filter by Action, Staff member and dates. It's recorded automatically and can't be edited — useful for "who changed this?" questions. Times are shown in UTC.
Its Consent log tab lists every marketing opt-in and opt-out at your location, with the exact wording the customer agreed to, when, and from where. Deleting a customer (a full erasure) also deletes their consent records.
Honest-numbers notes
- No-shows and cancellations are counted separately from completions.
- Flagged (suspected) check-ins are excluded from quota counts.
- Room reservations are reported separately from check-ins, so neither inflates the other.
