Find a ticket

Select Tickets in the sidebar. Search by name, phone, email, address, service — or a reference code like 260730-ABC-012 (it's on the customer's confirmation page and email, which makes phone support painless). Filter by status, source, or date range; click any row to open the ticket.

The ticket page

Each ticket shows the customer, timeline, status history, and:

  • Status buttons — the same legal moves as the dashboard.
  • Details — edit the service or reason if it was entered wrong.
  • Notes — internal staff notes; customers never see them, and they're kept after the ticket closes.
  • Customer tracking link — copy it to re-send a lost link.
  • The customer's visit history at your location is one click away.

Finishing tickets correctly

  • Complete → Close when service happened.
  • No-show when they never appeared — it's kept separate in reports so your numbers stay honest.
  • Cancel when the visit isn't happening (customer request, duplicate, mistake).

These distinctions drive your reports, so a consistent habit here pays off later.
