Set up the lobby display board

Open the board

Where the link is depends on your layout:

• Queue screen (one Live menu item): Show on a TV ↗ on every Live tab (under More ⋯ on phones), 📺 Show on a TV on At a glance, and Lobby screen on Set up → Screens & signs (with Open ↗, Copy link and a QR code to open it on the TV).
• Classic menus: Display board in the sidebar (under Screens), Display board ↗ in the Live queue header on the dashboard, and the Lobby display board section of the QR code page.

Open it on the waiting-room TV or tablet. It needs no login, updates live, and never shows phone numbers or emails.

Take-a-number locations get the now-serving board instead (the same links open it) — see Kiosk & now-serving board.

Choose how names appear

1. Open Settings and expand Privacy, display & consent (on the Queue screen it's on the Check-in form tab; Screens & signs has a Choose how names appear on screens link).
2. Under Lobby display board — how people show, pick:
   • Ticket number only (default, most private) — the room sees "#12"; each customer knows their number from their phone.
   • First name + last initial — "John S."
   • First name only — "John"
3. Select Save profile & check-in settings.

If the board link leaks

The board address contains a hard-to-guess code. If it's shared where it shouldn't be, select Replace link on the Lobby screen card (Screens & signs), or Rotate link on the QR code page (classic). The old address stops working at once — re-point any screen that used it.

Boards for rooms

Rooms and equipment have their own screens: an all-rooms screen and a door screen per room. On the Queue screen they're on Screens & signs (Rooms screen, Door screen — ); on the classic menus, on the Rooms & equipment page.
