Sign in, passwords & account security

The different sign-in doors, resetting a password, and keeping shared devices safe.

The three sign-in doors

  • Owners & team members with accounts: /login — email + password or Google. After signing in you land on your locations.
  • Shared front-desk logins: your-location/staff/login — the username/password an Admin created for the desk.
  • Customers: don't sign in at all (unless a location explicitly requires it).

Forgot your password?

On the sign-in page select Forgot password? and enter your email. If an account exists you'll get a reset link (it expires quickly — request a fresh one if it's stale). For front-desk logins, a location Admin resets the password under Settings → Username & password logins; your own account password changes under your account page.

Good habits

  • Prefer personal accounts over shared logins — actions and notes are attributed by name.
  • On shared/public devices (kiosk tablets, board screens): the kiosk and board links are deliberately login-free surfaces; never leave a staff session signed in on a public device.
  • Signing out: use the sign-out control in the sidebar account menu.
