SiteCheckin is an online check-in and live waiting-line service for businesses such as salons, clinics, auto shops, libraries and career fairs. SiteCheckin is a service of TriStar Apps & Services LLC. When you check in at a location that uses SiteCheckin, you can choose to get a text from SiteCheckin when it's your turn.
What we send
Account notifications about your own visit only: it's your turn, you're being called to a booth or counter, or your room is ready. Every text comes from SiteCheckin's own number, starts with "SiteCheckin:", names the location you checked in at, and links to your live status page. We never send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in
On the check-in form, under the phone number, there is a separate checkbox. It is unticked by default and is not required to check in. Only people who tick it get texts. The box reads, for example:
Text me updates about this visit from SiteCheckin (for example, when it’s my turn at Demo Salon). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms · Privacy

Frequency, cost and opting out
- Frequency: message frequency varies, usually one to three texts per visit. Texts stop when your visit ends.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Stop: reply STOP to any message to stop all SiteCheckin texts. Reply START to receive them again.
- Help: reply HELP, or email support@sitecheckin.net.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
